Tracking of powers
When sending an e-mail by one person on behalf of another, it is placed in "Sent" folder of employee on behalf whom an e-mail was sent
and to the folder of employee who directly sent this e-mail.
E-mail contains information about who processed the document and on whose behalf the e-mail was sent
Information about who processed the document as well as on whose behalf the document was processed is recorded automatically in document’s history.
