Delegation of authorities
You can grant the access rights to all of your folders, including mail folders, to other users
using mechanism of delegation of authorities provided by FossLook EDMS platform. This can be useful if an employee is absent due to illness or if an employee is on vacation.
The system administrator can organize the access rights of your employees to the shared department mailbox
or delegate access rights from one user to another.
The system will keep track of who worked with the documents and mail.
